Before we start

A few practical questions.

Do we need to start with a workshop?

No. Start with the situation. The right support may be a workshop, team mentoring, individual mentoring or a focused piece of implementation work.

Who is individual mentoring for?

A candidate, new colleague or manager, with support arranged by the organisation. We agree the purpose and what is shared with the employer together with the participant.

How is the work agreed?

We agree the deliverable, responsibilities, timing and fee before beginning. Then we work on the improvement together and review what changed.
